Shiva / Shakti

A deity replaces the formless God with form so that it simplifies  the spiritual seekers focus on God when on the journey practising his/her spiritual discipline. It also gives the spiritual aspirant a visual image to worship, so long as the understanding is that the image itself is not God but that God is the within the image.

Without form of God, which in fact there is none,  makes it very difficult to remain focused on the nothingness of formlessness, or to visualise the entirety of creation in a single thought;  the simple mind cannot fathom the depth of formlessness, nor the entirety of creation, that is why Gurus and Sages  take on a Deity.  Each religion and/or sect, cult organisation or group has a form of deity that their followers can use.

When you are a single unit, alone in pursuing God with no group behind you, there are no limitations as to what you can use as an icon to help visualizing God in your mind to keep you focused.

For my icon, and visual basis I have chosen Shiva/Shakti as my form of Deity.  I was led this way on my path, it is perfect for me!  You will also be guided which deity is best for you, as you learn and discover who you are in your glorious Truth.

My Guru "Swami" is  a visual aid for me on my path to enlightenment, as he has come with the Shiva/Shakti energy.

We all get signs along our paths leading us to our Truth. Although each Truth is different and designed strictly for the individual, it just goes to show us the unity in all Truths as they are all born from the source. Even though each Truth appears completely different, it is to remember that all Truth is valid to the individual that has  come from the Source of God. We just view it as we are guided too, God knowing the only way in which our individual minds will accept.

How great a love is that! Is that not enough reason to let each to their own, least we try to interfere with Gods work. Judging another's Truth as untruth is suggesting we know better than God. That is why I believe so completely in the saying that God is universal, called by many names and seen by many forms, yet He be the One same God within them All. .

It Matters Not

I have no religion, with which I fit,

Nondenominational, neither cult nor sect,

I purely have God’s love within my heart.

To remain loyal to my Truth,   my navigational chart.

Each to their own I say, simply be the best at what that is.

For each path ultimately leads to the same death.

Our common theme, love of God we do unite.

What difference of how we attain our goal.

God is One! God is All!

Called by many names, seen as many forms.

No matter what you’re Higher Power,

 He loves every man.

In reverence to your world my Lord,

I salute your command.

I am married (Nun)

none the less to God.

Although I wear not the cloth of God,
He shrouds me in his Love.

Although I practice not the silence of Word

I taste him on my tongue.

Although I sing not his song of praise,
Harmony vibrates my whole being.

Although I pray not in words,
He hears my essence calling.

This Warriors Quest

Lord you gave me Love, you gave me Strength,   To live this lie of conditioned length.

You helped me Lord to break the spell,
Which allows my heart only Truth to tell.

I searched and stripped each conditioned thread
Till I was raw and naked, the Truth undressed.

Like a child of innocent glow,
With the Truth unleashed allowed to flow.

Limitations that restricted my quest,
Were lost amongst this warriors test.

To you Dear Lord, my heart felt Love
For guiding me safely on this, my Spiritual Path.
